[tizen] v8 build하기

만약 64비트 환경이라면 먼저 설치하고 시작 하는 것이 정신건강에 좋음 ㅠㅠ (Ubuntu 14.04 기준) 

$ sudo apt-get install bison g++-multilib git gperf libxml2-utils make python-networkx zlib1g-dev:i386 zip
